Carolina Auto Auction is nestled
in the Piedmont Region of the Upstate of South Carolina at the foothills
of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Situated on more than 55 acres, the
modern eight-lane facility allows for an inviting atmosphere to the 725
dealers who attend the sale on a weekly basis.
A spacious lobby
and office complex greet the dealer as he arrives through the front
entrance. With a comfortable lounge adjacent to the lobby area,
the dealers drivers and assistants are never far away. Our completely
computerized sale process and paperless blocks makes it easy for a
dealer to conduct business with us.
Whether the dealer would like to enjoy a snack or a wide selection of hot,
delicious meals, "The Parking Place" restaurant is a
good choice to take a break. Or, to stay in the lanes while you
eat, visit our full-service snack bar.
Our eight-lane arena is completely wired for audio and video allowing for
internet sales through the nationally recognized "Online Ringman"
sales portal. Transactions in each lane are digitally recorded and
stored for a period of up to nine months to help facilitate with any
arbitration or sale-related issues. Our computerized touch-screen
Kiosks and in-lane Customer Service Center means that time-sensitive
information and assistance is always readily available to the dealer.
In 2004, we celebrated the grand opening of our new four-lane
Reconditioning facility. The 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art
service center is completely automated and can accommodate more than 300
vehicles a day. Each vehicle is thoroughly inspected to insure
that it is "Front Line Ready" and meets the high standards we
demand at Carolina Auto Auction.
With 24-hour security and 55 acres fenced, lighted, and under blacktop,
your vehicles could not be any more secure if you had them in your own
backyard. We can accommodate the variety of different schedules
that transporters keep for vehicle delivery and pickup.
